  1. Where all does Saturn Bags deliver? Do you ship outside India?

             We deliver across the country. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies.

             We ship merchandise ordered on www.saturnbags.com to all Indian States and Union Territories. Currently, we ship only prepaid and confirmed international orders.

  1. What is the delivery timeline of my order?

             Generally, the delivery timeline is 8 to 10 business days (metro cities) and 10 to 15 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin-code. On account of

             any natural calamities, there can be further delay to the aforesaid mentioned period, depending on the control-based situations.

  1. What are the payment options that I can avail of while making payment of my order?

          Currently, the following payment options are enabled:

  1. Is there a charge for delivery?

             Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given

              at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

  1. Can I place the order online and pick up my order from your Store which is nearest to me?

             You cannot place the order online and collect from the store. All orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order.

  1. What are the terms of the warranty available on my product?

             To know the terms of the warranty, please refer the Warranty & Returns Policy.

  1. What is your exchange policy?

             Once products are delivered to you as per the order, there is no refund or exchange possible. In case

             there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be exchanged. In such manufacturing defect, please send an email at support@saturnbags.com.

  1. What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

             All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case, where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated

              to you within 3 business days and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

  1. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

             We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

             Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please send an email on support@saturnbags.com or call us on +91 9967536326 with your

             name,

             order number, order date, and your mobile number. Our team will confirm the cancellation.

             Orders cannot be cancelled post 4 hours of order placement.

  1. When and how will get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?

             Refunds are credited back to the same channel which was debited.

             Once the cancellation is confirmed by our Team, the process shall take 10 to 15 business days depending on the bank and the gateway.

             You will receive email intimation from Saturn Bags about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status.

  1. How do I track my order once it is placed?
  • Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number.
  • Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.
  1. I want to place bulk orders or need some specific products, whom do I contact?

             Payments are accepted through certified third-party payment gateways. These gateways are certified for all security aspects, please note: Saturn Bags shall not be

             responsible for any payment failure in the transaction process.

             Customer satisfaction is our goal at Saturn Bags. Please contact our customer service representatives at support@saturnbags.com for assistance. Please ensure the product

             should be in unused and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes and with non-tempered quality check sales/ return tags/ warranty seals

             (wherever applicable) and should be with undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies, and accessories.

             We do not charge Goods and Service Tax over and above the MRP offered; offered prices are inclusive of all taxes.

  1. Do I need to create an Account on Saturn Bags to place an order?

             You will need to register on the website to place an order. You can register through using your social networking account (i.e. Facebook) or Email address and mobile number.

  1. Can I see a record of my transactions with Saturn Bags?

             You must be a registered account holder on www.saturnbags.com to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes all your online purchases,

             but only those purchases made after establishing an account.

             There are various benefits of creating an account on Saturn Bags, some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered

             customers.
