Warranty

We at Saturn Bags offer one (1) year warranty for any manufacturing defect on all our fresh & non-discounted merchandise. Under this policy, we provide free repair service only (no refund/exchange will be processed).

However, in any case of mishandling of the product by the Customer, the repair will be processed on a chargeable basis. Mishandling of product will include mark/stains, cut caused by any sharp object, burns, wrong cleaning attempts, color migration, etc.

Note: Product bought during sale or under any discount schemes cannot be returned/exchanged or covered under warranty.

Returns

  • Return the product to us in its original packing along with the invoice.
  • You are required to send us an email at support@saturnbags.com.
  • Customer can only return the product within 15 days from the date of online purchase.
  • All items to be returned must be in unused and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with  non-tempered quality check sales/ return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable) and products should be with undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories.
  • Please ensure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The responsibility to return the product and delivery charges shall be solely borne by the Customer.
  • The decision to accept the product in good condition shall be at Saturn Bags discretion.
  • All returns are evaluated within 15 business days once the product is received, please allow further 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment.
